I don't recall all the location names, but the smoke stacks in the picture are part of a small power plant. North of it is the Hyperion [sanitation] Treatment Plant, and farther North is LAX. Directly to the east of the photographer is the Chevron El Segundo Oil Refinery. There's not a lot of pollution from these…
