Suspicious. This smacks of infringement! You can't let someone just copy your fine works, Peter!
BMW-named system is larger than expected, catches everyone's attention, raises the prices on everything, and pisses off everyone in its vicinity.
Meh, they hardly cover any car racing. Much less motorcycle racing. The only time I got them to post a MotoGP-related video was Nicky Hayden spinning the DTM Mercedes a couple times. Whatever. We can ride by, flip 'em the finger and take off. They sure won't catch us.
Norton's NRV588 rotary superbike / flame throwing banshee from hell. Next question.
LOOOOL. "You need a really good reason (to sue a company)." "If you can make a pie, you can file a small claims case."
Congrats on the star!
Obvious joke is obvious.
Ford has a red candy currently available on the Mustang. It's an upcharge option b/c of the multiple paint layers, but it's there if you want it.
The single most important fact (in relation to this outcome) is left out of the post: California is by far the most consumer-oriented state in the country. Judges in most other places simply aren't going to care.

I haven't either, but I think all of the street cars have a lever or some sort of selector device that allows you to chose from Drive, Neutral, and Reverse at the very least. Some, like BMW's, also have modes where the car acts like a full auto and does all the shifting for you. Once you select D, you're in 1st and…
