I never liked the PIP, but on the xbox one you can play your game and snap another app, really snap any 2 apps to show on the screen split. Not 4, but 2 is pretty decent.

Just dont go on a shopping spree, you might get light headed due to lack of blood.

Is it specifically dreams or can it be something nightmarish.
