“Do you think Andy's mum told him when he was little, 'You’re never going to be a looker? You’ll never be a Federer, so you have to be scrappy and fight.'"

"A family full of pilots that I've spent plenty of time with in proper sims on the ground, and in the air on both private and commercial flights."

Lifelong resident of Chestnut Hill speaking. Most of the Boston College campus is in Chestnut Hill. The law school is in Newton.

Actually, Boston College is in Chestnut Hill.

I like Sloane. I do not like either of the Williams sisters. Serena threatening a line judge just cemented my dislike for her. Has nothing to do with color of skin... just the fact that she seems like a raging bitch.

That's a rather bigoted comment. I'm a white woman, and I've been rooting for Sloane Stephens since Day 1 of this tournament, and in prior tournaments as well. American women need to see the next generation of champions stepping up and what an incredible thing it would be to see Stephens make that breakthrough on

I say this without malice:

I am waiting for the decline of Justin Bieber. I will watch it with glee. I have mostly ignored the downward spirals of Brittany and that other Disney girl (who's name is alluding me at the moment). However, I will watch with a perverted fascination to see the entitled, teenage douchebaggery of Justin Bieber crash

I disagree; a half-shaved head looks stupid on everyone.

I don't get it, either. First, the guy isn't a public figure. His dad is barely a public figure, so this is a real stretch.

I'm sure Sean Newell would have no problem sharing his dating profile with all of us as well. No, wait, he'd find that creepy, irrelevant and tasteless. But I guess some famous guy's kid is fair game.

Seriously Sean, this post says more about you than it does about this guy.

Seriously. Why is this on here? It's not newsworthy and it's not funny. Deadspin often calls people out for being assholes and I think this time they're the ones that need to be called out.

I love you Deadspin, but I have to agree with the Brad33's comment. This feels, for lack of a better term, "off-brand" for your website. It would reflect you being the mensches you are for taking this post down. I don't think it was mean spirited but possibly misguided.

Am I the only one who thinks this is kind of wrong of Deadspin? It's not even the famous guy himself, it's his son... Getting dirt to make fun of the kid is cruel and unnecessary.

So? Who gives a shit? They (assumedly) paid for the ticket. They're not being assholes, yelling, throwing beers, starting fights, etc. I'd fill the stadium with book readers, rather than have one obnoxious, boozed-up "likes-to-fight" guy.

This may be the stupidest series you guys have done. Moms aren't allowed to go with their family to a baseball game even if they don't care at all about baseball? Guys aren't allowed to take free tickets to a work outing so that they can socialize outside of work even if they just aren't sports people? What's the

No kidding. Also, is it BREAKING NEWS that baseball 'action' [sic] unfolds at a rather, um, leisurely [aka snoozeworthy] pace? Giving a fan plenty of time to multitask? At least she's doing something quiet and respectful of other fans. Instead of yakking on her cellphone or creepshotting other people at the game with

Between innings/pitching changes at a baseball game you can:

I don't understand why this is a thing. If someone wants to read at a ballgame, who gives a shit?
