They didn't deserve to be there? They made it to the semi finals. If you are German, don't forget you lost the semi's when you hosted the cup in 2006. If you are dutch: LOL, the team that has made it to the finals a bazillion times but was never capable to winning the title.

Of course I think the government is a piece of shit. The problem is.. FIFA decides who gets the world cup, not Brazil. Brazilians are very critical of Brazil hosting the cup.
