@BrtStlnd: Me too. Even though its "no post" look is being aped by other automakers, it is still unique.

Can't wait! I'm over 40 and my favorite movies list includes Cars.

@Breamo: Awesome! H-click for LeMons style support of a fellow racer.

Poor guy; at least he got the chance to confirm his talent. Better to have tasted than not.

@thedudeabides what about the toe?: Well played. Steve it shall be. It needs to be able to generate prodigious clouds of smoke from the rear tires. Hopefully while keeping the magic smoke safely contained within the wiring.

Yes! Brightest spot of Sweet Pete's post for me was this tidbit:

@Bret: Ah Google to the rescue!

This is a gearhead's El Dorado. Thanks to Brad for the great shots!

@OMGItsWeasel: You made the right choice 164Q ITR if only for the Alfa's voice. Don't get me wrong, an original ITR is a great thing.

@Hart88: Side benefit of creating an incredible smoke show.

Ooh! Silly me.

@Vavon: Oh sorry, I knew that. The 6UL is pretty easily adapted by other 4x100 cars (like the Mazda2) since the Miata uses a FWD friendly wheel offset.

@Vavon: The 949racing 6UL wide 15 inch wheel is the best thing to happen to Miata racers in years.

Will there be a Buell-powered sports edition?

@solracer: I still marvel at the fact that the Pug side impact beam absorbed that hit without even touching the side bars of the cage!

Very nice tribute.
