Poor kitty needs a bath and some love. Does anyone else find a little humor in the fact that in one of the interior shots, there is a loose fuse sitting on the carpet?

A camera in your pocket allows you to capture stuff you see on the street. I do happen to carry an SLR with me nearly everywhere. For stuff like this, the iPhone does a fine job.

@91GT and @spiffious: Indeed. Lane splitting is an important thing to legalize for many reasons, not least of which is allowing a motorbike an escape route.

I voted 'yes' back then (was it really nearly three years ago?) and I'd vote 'yes' again today.

Rather than use this incident to promote lane splitting legislation, how about we use this tragedy to illustrate the potential carnage that can come from distracted driving.
