That's a wide looking rear wheel you've got there, New-veo. Let's hope there are some sporting pretensions in your suspension and fewer low bid materials inside to pique some interest away from your Korean and Chinese competition.

Brings a tear to my eye. That was an S. Those are very fun cars to drive, and are very long lasting. Pity the engine couldn't be saved, it would have been a great donor for a LeMons Saab 9000 powertrain swap. (Yes, they do go together - fairly easily)

@Manacit: Re: Miata oil filter: Have you tried the wheel at full lock, reach in through the fender variation? Works great on my '96R. However, being an R, my car doesn't have any power steering or A/C bits cramping up the engine compartment.

Why swim laps when you can drive them?

Everyone simmer. This fellow is a writer for a number of car publications and the car is almost certainly a whipped mule from Audi's press fleet.

Well chosen list. My 9000 Aero is sporting a black stripe across its badge.

Chrysler Sebring convertible. Even in paradise it plumbs the depths sinful mediocrity.

Yes! Adding lightness to the Miata is the best news I've heard in months.

@AriFerrari: Good luck! Looks like an awesome product with its own segment. Be careful of oversharing, delays can really bite you in the ass if people know about them.

I give up. Popular aftermarket styling trends for cars just confuses me. This has been the case for at least 20 years.

Wow, Seattle as #1. We're getting really good at sucking. At least we're good at something?

I don't know why, but the graphics make the usually benign Mazda corporate grin look menacing in an almost Joker-esque way.

I can't decide which is more painful. Chrome Orange in a high dynamic range picture or those kneecap slicing canards.

Kudos Mr. Alterperson on the positive changes you've made to C&D in your tenure.

@solracer: Yeah, we've been watching that thing bounce around craigslist for at least a year. Note that a different Puma made a seattle.craigslist appearance for a little while. It was priced a little lower than this one and looked a little better. I haven't seen the other Puma in months. Ergo, crack pipe.

This is like an amyl nitrate filled beach ball in a skyscraper stairwell. #volvo
