CP. The owner has made a clear statement that they are a hooning idiot. Every aspect of the car's use and maintenance must be assumed as hard miles, not just the cost of repainting it.

Somethings not right. The hubcaps are far too shiny.

Agreed. If ya' gotta go ... I can't think of a better way, than driving something you love.

Hopefully the sequel won't be titled: From Baby to Crack Whore in under 5 minutes.

It was insanely stupid, but just think ... if he had never posted it on YouTube, nobody would have known, nobody was injured, and no police or media involvement would have been deemed necessary.

There's a fellow around here with a restored one he can't sell. He told me everybody says they love these cars but nobody wants to buy one, knowing the rarity and legendary Porsche expenses.

Aw crap! Here I thought he was going to make a broadsword form the metal ruler.

Well maintained, these cars had a great engine that would easily turn 300K. My friend drove one for 30 years, and kept it in similar shape. It never needed any major repairs. I thought he was nuts to trade it in. That said, I voted CP as the owner will clearly sell it to whoever who promises to love it as much as

Amen!

Love it! So many were sold in British Racing Green. Memories.

Uhh, by using a Ford engine, they must have eliminated the Lucas electronics and the positive ground issues. A Spitfire is way prettier than a Miata, and one that's reliable would be a dream.

Gotta agree. I loved the Cobra II as well, even the Black & Gold one. Still do.

But then reality happened. Denial's a bitch, ain't it.

If you push it off the top stair will it walk down like Slinky?

I agree. The Fiero beats the others for looks hands down, especially the later version. I see a lot of kids show up with them at the track. Sadly, only to get hammered by a stock early era MR2. They show up with some other car shortly after. Only some true USA die hards attempt to make a Fiero into a respectable

Gotta agree with Mitch, The Fiero is NOT a historic sports car. Period. It's a decent looking slug that was fashioned from the Chevette parts bin. The two most important sportscar features, weight & handling, are flat out awful. To address the poor performance, GM dropped in a heavy V6 and further ruined what

OMG! THat's the last Chaparral seen in the wild! Sadly it went the way of the now extinct spotted Lotus.

Or on a Marshall indicating "11" at max.

Yes it is. After mating, the female 747 will eventually find a dry outbuilding in which to hatch its young. The young have a maturation period of about four years before they are forced from the nest ("hangar") to fly.

I agree! This thing looks like some sort of deranged platypus duck-mobile. (the front aerodynamics would make it act like a kite)
