Dragon Quest V was originally a SNES game, later ported to PS2. That leads me to believe that FF6 and CT just aren't as wanted as the games that made the list.

it's not like Sony killed my parents or something. The PS4 gets a little borked when trying to use rest mode. It's not like any major features are broken. At worst, it's a minor inconvenience.
