I imported the LE and while I can't say much about the Visual Novel part of the game, the brawler sections are pretty meh. Poor animations, bad hit detection, and it quickly gets repetitive. The variety of moves and the partner aspect are pretty cool though. If you want a better, more import-friendly brawler, I'd say

Booooooo.

I played 1-Dead Souls back to back over the course of a month, so I really enjoyed some time away from Kazuma. The other characters were a lot of fun to use too. 3 was kind of the weak point for me, with such a lack-luster story. Everybody wearing Hawaiian shirts was pretty awesome though.

Yakuza 4 does indeed have the whole "previously on Yakuza..." deal. But if he has a working PS2 I highly suggest starting from the beginning.

Oh wow, Kinnikuman cosplay! Good job, dudes.

I recently played through Dead Space 3 and thought it was pretty fun. Brother Moons were awesome. I hope they can do something else with the franchise in the future.

Didn't they make a PSP one a couple of years ago that did pretty well for them? I'm sure it's not going anywhere.

I don't really know what Konami's been up to outside of their music game stuff, but that's doing super well for them, and that's really all that matters to me.

Hey, Naoki's a good guy.

I guess I can save my money, because my computer can't run anything close to recent :B

Ugh, first-person combat.

They didn't announce this today. Kotaku is just a little slow on reporting it.

Hope you have a 16GB card to fit it on! Also, the PC version is mostly patched in English, so everybody who wanted to play it kind of already is.

Hnnng those snatcher references. And remixed Creeping Silence from Snatcher as well.

Wow, racist AND biased.

Hey, somebody else knows that Carnivore was a thing.

Etrian Odyssey X Persona? I'm so there.

Lots of Persona 4-2 talk, and that makes me kind of sad. I wanted a new setting, characters, etc. If it's a sequel, then they can't go to far from the established stuff, I guess.

It's been like that in America for a while. FFVII is the last Sony game I remember having the Circle button for selection and the Cross button for canceling/backing out.

More Gust games plz.
