With Dolphin, I can play Gamecube/Wii 90%+ flawlessly. You either have insufficient PC power, or some settings issues in the emulator.

Because the PS3 can't emulate the PS2. It actually had the physical hardware required (a micro PS2) inside the early PS3 models.

It's really weird how you keep repeating about emulation up to "ps2/gamecube generation", when the same emulator does Wii games - and this very page has a link to an article about emulating Wii games - written by yourself at that.

I almost never hear anything like this on PC, in fact I rarely hear any voice chat in most games unless it's game related. It's not the platform, it's the games themselves. If you want to avoid this, stay away from "bro shooters", MOBAs, and the like.
