No it has a 90 on metacritic from critics (we ARE talking about PC here). HOWEVER: users only rate it a 65, which is often the more significant figure that sometimes over-inflated critic scores (especially for games from AAA publishers who are usually advertising purchasers on their sites)
I am not sure how closely WW2 themed FPS players are paying attention, but in every one ever made you are typically playing out the events of the same dozen real historical battles.
