Checked the net quick various users report that the maximum time offline is between 2 weeks to 2 months or more, with a few more comments leaning toward shorter times. It's not very conclusive though. Frankly I don't think you could get away with it on PC anyway, if users were annoyed enough, they would just apply

That Kinect cure is durable.

Steam is, afaik, the most popular service for PC gamers for some years now. You can not trade used games AT ALL, and you can only sit in "offline" mode for a limited time (perhaps 1 day, I'm not sure.... I'm always online). While a few people don't like Steam, overall it is pretty well received. I think console gamers

It's a great "costume", but since turtles can't stand on 2 legs like Bowser, I think it would be even cooler if it was red and white, and made into a Spiny instead.

What Gunneh said. US cable TV in recent years more resembles standard television shows from every other country in the world, more than ever before. It's still a hard sell on the broadcast networks.

I going to throw out something quasi-related, but totally random here:

GoT POTENTIAL SPOILER WARNING!

These days, more and more people are figuring out you can plug the hdmi cable into the back of you r PC, same as any console.

I'll play it on my TV with a controller... when it's on PC.
