Looks like a Toyota Solara spent the night w/ a Nissan Altima.

My old man had a '71 Stag in Damson Plum, with the wire wheels... gorgeous car, totally unique, everyone thought it was a Jag. Pity the damned thing never once ran right... he staunchly refused to replace the original Triumph V8 with the Rover V6, like so many other swaps.

@no_slushbox: I'm with you on this one, I like the Nitro! It's boxy, butch, and a damn sight better looking than a CR-V, for God's sake. Add in a stoopid V8, and it's just that much more appealing, in my book.

I was thinking Chevy Equinox as well! Something about those fender flares, and the base model does have black plastic side mirrors...
