Just start walking 30 minutes a day. Get your body moving. I did a month of 30 minute walks plus dietary changes, then discovered walking aerobics on youtube and have been doing those. 10 pounds gone so far. Averaging about 1 pound a week. I found that my body has to move in addition to the dietary change.
