I went to a book signing she did, and can attest that she has gorgeous skin (and is overall funny and smart and lovely in every way).

I am accustomed to Fenway pricing, and so while this looks foul (PUN INTENDED) I’m impressed by its reasonable price!
This reminds me of one of my mom’s 80's stalwarts, Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, which is equal parts gross and tasty: https://www.gonnawantseconds.com/cheeseburger-pie-recipe-bisquick/
American buttercream, which is probably what you’ve mostly had, is gritty and just sweet-sweet-sweet. Seconding the commenter who recommended Swiss meringue buttercream- it’s smooth, buttery and sweet without being cloying. (It also pipes very nicely, if you’re into that sort of thing, which I am.)
I ungrayed you specifically for that reference to the nice Strawbridges.
I went to school near Willow Grove, so I can confidently say as a Subject Matter Expert that the ranking of malls is such:
Wait, I just looked up Beanie Feldstein (because I was curious where ‘Beanie’ came from), only to find out she’s Jonah Hill’s little sister. Mind blown, but then again I now totally see it!
Your south Jersey mall opinions are the right opinions. Cherry Hill is great, KoP is garbage.
Exhibit A:
Everybody shits on Dunks, but they’re fine!
I have met Red Sox organist Josh Kantor; he is a good dude who just loves music and baseball, and you’d have to be a real dick to pick a fight with him.
Yeah, in general it’s not bad music but I heard it SO. MANY. TIMES. The weirdest part is the scent memory hearing any of those songs, but especially Earth Wind & Fire’s Let’s Groove, conjures up. It’s very strong, and very distinct (Old Navy clothes plus new construction drywall/paint/spackle, as it was a new store).
My mom got married in earth shoes in the mid 70s!
I worked for a long time at a karaoke bar too, and have very strong feelings about My Way.
Store staff virtually never have control over what’s played and at what volume, particularly in a big corporate entity like Old Navy. Maybe, MAYBE local management has some input, but most likely it came down from on high and the workers just have to deal. It’s just one of the many, many shitty things about working…
I worked at Old Navy during the brief window of time when they were playing nonstop disco at top volume. To this day, I hear certain songs and my immediate reaction is to start folding t-shirts. I just googled it, and though I don’t remember this, apparently there WAS a CD they were selling at the time, because this…
My cat’s face is fucked up, but that’s because of an allergy we have trouble controlling, poor guy.
Nope, daycare center. Childcare in Mass is insanely expensive, and we live and work in the city so we can’t really use a slightly-cheaper place in the suburbs. According to this article, the average cost in Mass for an infant and a 4-year-old at a center, which is coincidentally what we have, is $34,381. Presumably…
I mean, I’m not a cow/goat expert, but as we’re both mammals I presume the process is essentially the same.
Yup. The thing that makes milk white? White blood cells. As OMG!PONIES! noted, babies are adorable, chubby little vampires literally drinking your blood.
