Eternal Sonata is a divider but I myself like my JRPGs lite and found it fantastic. Great battle system and very decent story. Graphics are just lovely, very rich and colourful, if a little twee and "puff ball shoulder pads and eyes like dinner plates" and the music is just gorgeous.

Not for me, it didn't gel at all. It's gone downhill ever since the blue shell, IMO and when I think back to that game all I can remember is wide tracks and blue shell. Urgh!

I've been tempted by the 3DS version but the DS version didn't do too much much for me.
