Hah! I remember a producer for that game would let me play the new builds every time they came in. I would just jump no the dragon and fly everywhere. I loved playing that game!

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! My heart is broken once again today. I am proud to say, somewhere in a dusty file cabinet, my name exists as a once proud employee of the studio. Goodbye, old friend. You will live on in my memories...

Same, it's something interesting to experience but certainly not something to incorporate into your normal love life.

I have to call you on this. Trash talking like Reilly is doing literally happens on every field and every court on ALL levels specifically to get into someone's head and get an advantage. There's a saying in sports, if you're not cheating, you're not trying. Everyone cheats, from the colleges paying amateur athletes,

Hah, I'm exactly the same way. Especially with games that have a skill tree and not set classes. I always start out using a sword and shield or something like that but always end up with a bow, light armor and sneaking in the shadows.

It's possible if I watched it again it may click, but honestly, I have no desire to do so.

GOG has received more of my money over the past 9 months than Steam has.

I've never played that game and love the old-school RPG's so it's now on my wish list. Thanks for the recommend! GOG ftw!

Great article. I'm a lifelong boxing nut and loved to read Bert's stuff. He will be missed. Here's to his final 10 count...

Exactly! At least it lets me create a single player party so I don't have to hear it anymore.

It's not underground, it's on Xbox Live.

Maybe the big difference is for those old BG games, even though there were a ton of side quests, it still wasn't an open world like the current ones (i.e. Skyrim and now KoA).

I think he means more of a, "Ok, I reached this point of the story. I'll put it down for a while and start a new chapter later on." In other words, a way to actually quantify your progress besides by the number of hours you've played.

Picked it up from B&N. Thanks for the recommendation!
