Thanks for the heads up.. Really sucks it wasn't that great.
Yeah, I wanted this movie to be somewhere in the Mars Attacks!/Edward Scissorhands/(maybe) Beetlejuice (in visual tone only, he's far exceeded the goofy crap tone here it seems) range.
People get bored with good vs evil and get all weird when the good guys turn on each other because "thats not supposed to happen!", although its pretty much common place these days.
"This is basically professional wrestling, with slightly less sweaty-chested homoeroticism. "
I like to think that someone off panel always catches his attention at the last second.. and Scott's been falling for the ruse for almost 49 years.
Its the epic "2012 boyscout crotch shoot off".. But Cap seems to have forgotten his gun and rules state the show must go on.
I'm still A-okay with the idea (read: the dream) of trying to bring Evan's and Chiklis back for both their rolls in this reboot, its just everyone/thing else that needs to be changed.
Carrie Reboot:
I've yet to read it, but anything Neil does getting to more people is a great thing. Good on Disney to pick this up.
Okay.. I can't un-see that now...
Awesome guide, thanks a million!
Riker's *luxurious* Beard is correct, everything up till this season is on netflix, I'm currently catching up on it myself.
Yeah, but I get the feeling it'd be in something where the main character bites it at the end.
I said it in another comment just a few mins ago.. My biggest issue with her, and why she didn't grow on me, wasn't simply because Day played her (as my usual "meh" for her would dictate) but more because she felt like a guest spot that went past its prime, which literally painted a target on her back from the start.…
Going to throw my hat in and say that Stark was a great character, specially right before his end -and he was almost even better whe he came back as Carter's insecurity to start a relationship with Allison (almost wish he'd stuck around as "head Stark" full time)
My problem with the idea of her dying is that I really didn't expect her to last. I hate to say she seemed like a guest spot that simply turned into more -just sort of felt like that painted a target on her back, and that obviously sucks a lot of the ability to genuinely care for her all that much (for me at least)
