They wouldn't need to do all that much work, specially if these knock-offs are as rampant as you mention. The real work comes in the form of the legal teams and everything they do, not really from the searching. You don't need to go through every account to see it, you don't even need to see a person with it. If the

Well, that pretty much proves my point though —they have much more reason now the every to up in arms over it.

Yeah, and it became Champions because Marvel pulled out, saying they "didn't see the market". Doesn't really stop Marvel from continuing to protect their properties. You (meaning they) bother because they aren't making a dime off the similar characters.

So, any one else remember when Marvel went banana pants over people making clones of their characters in City of Heroes years ago? Where's that level of "concern" these days?

Yeah, I really didn't need a economics/sociology lesson.. Or to be told to lessen my hating muscles when I made it pretty clear that even when I hate something, I don't fly off about it to even the restaurant manager.

The "extras" in water, like salt, are what carry current. Fresh water will because fresh water isn't completely clean of other things, but from what I remember completely purified, distilled, water, won't, since theres nothing for the current to really travel through still in it.

I'm interested in knowing how you decide is going to be a good tipper in the first place? And don't say "well, return customers...".. I'm talking about completely unique and new clientele that every restaurant should be seeking to fill their tables to create returning customers.

I don't usually care about whats "right" or "fair" when it comes to tipping —maybe— unless its for a large party (but those are very VERY rare for me any way)..

Pretty much Evil Tortie's Mom: R.O.A.C.H. said, I'd only add another layer to it: Show Runners/Networks are CONSTANTLY complaining about budgets, specially now that the economy is in the crapper (still).

If it makes you feel any better, I remember the comment that made Charlie Jane give me my star years ago.
