I have...concerns about this. SRFC, as mentioned, has tons of local support. The games are loads of fun, and the on-field product is certainly very capable within the USL. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that a lot of people turned to the team after the shitshow debacle surrounding the Kings’ change of ownership and

Is it really fair to compare the two though? The US (318 million people) could seemingly support more teams than the UK (64 million). But I don’t think it’ll ever be as high quality or popular, regardless of size/format.

I admit I’m not really a fan of the sport but isn’t this a lot of teams to have in a single Soccer league? There’s only 20 in the premier league right? So is MLS eventually going to have two divisions with relegation and promotion? Or is just going to be super-mediocre teams in 25+ markets?

Had to sign in for the first time in years just to like this comment, love me some sweatshirt.

Made thirty bands in thirty minutes. Fo I count it I damn near spent it.

I’m at your house like, “Why you got your couch on my Chucks?”

If only for the entertainment factor, I’d like to see someone like Roger Goodell tell those good ol boys in the Deep South that they can’t force kids to brain each other for their entertainment until they reach the college level or some other meaningless point. I just think it would be amusing to watch the reaction.

It’s like Apex vs Starter all over again.

I saw the story this morning, and thought about what was being implemented and the state-by-state level at which that is happening, and realized all this will do is consolidate college football’s power within the South, particularly, the Deep South.

States like California or in the midwest or wherever who do this,

they just need to add some well places stripes

They just broke into the 4th division of Romanian soccer so they’ll be fine.

The fact the brand’s first three syllables are literally “underarm” might present a barrier to style conscious, affluent customers, too.

Can’t imagine that forthcoming announcement of Tottenham switching from Under Armor to Nike is gonna help matters.

Guess they finally tapped out the whole lucrative “fat people who frequent amusement parks” demo

No, fraud. Nobody wants to talk about anything with you.

No I have only one. But I commented the other day I was thinking of building a second one and the name kind of stuck.

And do you in fact have two sheds?

And Liverpool continues to walk alone since the inception of the EPL.........sigh.
