What does it cost to change the livery on the cars? Is this just part of the “Cubic Dollars” budget with a whole new set of parts, or are these a wrap they can put on the bodywork, when ever they want to change something?

If I were shopping this is a car I’d go look at, and I’m surprised under the hood looks so clear and apparently easy to look at.  Being an LA car I’d hope that the underside is relatively rust free, but the price it just too high.  ND
