I'm intending to pick up both consoles, but I do feel my decision to go with the XBO first has been justified. People are still mad about the whole always-online debacle but it'd be hard to deny the Xbox One has the better launch line-up.

That's fine if you don't like the xbox one but how does improving the friends list interface and adding features make it 'useless'?

$4k is not all that much for 2 tracks featuring in a game that has made millions already. He didn't get paid, they used the tracks...they owe him.

If he owns the rights to the music, he has the right to turn any offer down regardless of how "reasonable" it may be.
