Didn’t they start most of their run when Kerr was out due to surgery?

Yeah, that whole “anonymously” thing kinda loses it’s meaning when they want you to enter in an email address.

Hahahaha... you think that the number of gawker favorites is an indication of validity?!?

Nope... I definitely replied to your “and for the 11-billionth time the big difference here is that VW intentionally and purposevely[sic] engineered a cheat” comment. And I’ll reply to it again if you want me to, because my point (that you CLEARLY didn’t read) is still appropriate.

No, replaceable parts and cold fusion are two different Civ achievements.

Define “regularly”. If you consider that there was a time when a 30 year lifespan was “normal” then starting the pro-creation process was pretty routine for sub-18 humans. It’s only been the last 150 years since it’s become... as you say... “non-pathological”.

If you think that cheating on your taxes is worse than failing to ensure that the safety on a gun works correctly then you really don’t understand either scenario.

The League of American Wheelmen is an organization for BICYCLISTS. The Good Roads movement ended in the 1920s, ENDED. At a time when trains were still the preferred method of travel. Neither of these are applicable to modern highway infrastructure in the least.

Parents that send their kids to private schools still have to pay taxes that fund public schools. It doesn’t seem to have negatively affected that industry at all.

Sorry boss... but the “early 20th century” still involved mostly horses.

Laws don’t have to specify who they apply to, they apply to EVERYBODY. HIPAA specifically lists what medical professionals are expected to do because they, again, because you don’t seem to be grasping that fact, are required, by law, again, to have access to medical records. Since they are expected to have access then

We’re not talking about an “average person”. We’re talking about someone who republished them electronically.

If you’ve actually read the laws themselves you’d realize that HIPAA applies to PATIENT records, regardless of who has them in their possession. The Hospital and it’s employees are specifically listed in many HIPAA documents because they are the ones whose job REQUIRES access to this information and they have specific

Just wanted to be one more person that chimed in to point out how tragically incorrect you are. It’s a shame that you haven’t actually read the HIPAA laws, otherwise you know they apply to the patient and secure the patient’s rights to limit the sharing of their medical records.

Except for the small fact that it wasn’t legal. HIPAA defines patient records as being owned by the patient, not the hospital. So releasing the patient records without the approval of the patient is a violation of HIPAA.

Too bad you’ll stay in the grays for this. It’s absolutely 100% accurate. I work with HIPAA, and it applies to anybody that has access to medical records, regardless of how they gained access to them. It’s the PATIENT’s records, and the PATIENT has the right to be free from them being disclosed unnecessarily. So yes,

I’m glad for your friend. But unless your friend’s cab company has a single app that allows them to gain services in multiple cities across the globe, provides customers with a predicted rate amount, and uses GPS to find the nearest provider in their area then I will disagree that your friend’s company can be compared

Sorry, but my bullshit detector is going off here. Mostly because of the very broad over-generalization vibe that you’re giving off with regards to the whole “cabs are safer than uber” mentality.

If you’re okay with vertical space then you might want to consider adding a board directly to the bottom of the cabinet. This will give you a little more depth to sink the screw into which will make it less likely that your hook fails and breaks your mug.

Small steps forward are better than no steps at all. At least we know it’s possible to convict a cop. Now we can use this precedence to seek out the rest.
