To be fair, fire fighters are specifically instructed to NOT put out fires that take place in districts that are not their own. They can run in and save people/pets/property... but there are legal ramifications if they actually attempt to control the fire in any meaningful way.

Sorry, that looks like Craig Ehlo.

Another fun story to share... During summers in college I worked in a distribution center driving forklifts and loading trucks. The DC was just down the street from a manufacturing plant for the same company. Despite that proximity, they would ship foreign cotton to the plant, the plant would make bolts of fabric,

More mysterious is why the rivers sometimes stop flowing despite lack of water, obviously, not being problem underwater.

You're a funny guy. You are aware that not everybody on the planet subscribes to the same view of "acceptable" as you, right?

The banana is from your example, not mine.

Not sure how to reply to everybody... but this is a thing that exists.

Seriously. First, it goes one way. Then another. Before you know it, you're covered in the stuff.

Sorry... I just disagree on the concept that they're doing it to avoid one specific disease. If anything, they're actually introducing additional genetic diversity. Which, according to your own statement, is a good thing.

I now drive an 86 K5 Blazer (hey, it's two years newer!!!) with a 32 gallon tank. If that gas light ever comes on I know I'm in trouble.

They're still pining for TH14 to come back on waivers.

I'm just gonna leave this here.

Oh yes, the, uh, the Norwegian Blue...What's, uh...What's wrong with it?

Considering the "hacker" emailed him and told him exactly how it was done... I really REALLY doubt that anybody's going to be pressing charges.

My guess is that the "hacker" was doing it as a proof of concept, and not so much as a way to actually use that account in the future.

Genetically modified != cloning

My 84 Civic Hatch (AKA the CRX Wagon) had only slightly more than 8 gallons to a tank. The lowest I remember was 72 cents... So when the gas light came on I knew I was about to drop a whole five dollars to fill up that bad boy.

Since you asked:
