Nope. The combat looks awkward and boring. There’s something wrong about the stilted jrpg gameplay bolted onto the robust graphics and physics of the Dragon Engine. This looks like it should have been another mini game goof, not the bulk of the experience.

FMV renaissance? Maybe we’ll finally get a sequel to this masterpiece.

It really does look clunky doesn’t it? Those animations... I think this trailer has retroactively lowered my opinion of the RE2 Remake.

These look like those bad Star Wars comics where they just digitally paint over reference photos. The only slightly “anime” thing about them is the subtitles.
