are they against getting an upgrade if you pay the difference?

Any suggestions for when the internet works fine on my computer but Netflix or Hulu streaming thru my Bluray player is horrendous? It's only a year old but sometimes it gets so bad we just give up & end up watching Netflix on my laptop. (I have Internet only thru Time Warner in NYC.)

The definition I go by is the one in the dictionary. Because that's how we know what words mean. And also, a person can totally be racist against their own race. There are those types of self-loathing people out there. TONS of them.

Good for you but FYI- Hispanic people CAN be racist. Anyone can.
