Yeah, that irked me too. Just because she’s a woman, doesn’t mean she can’t be an asshole too.

Chrissy and John give me life. Please never break up. Ever.
To be fair, in his case it is a carnival freak show.
I remember when we were taught in history class about the Red Scare in the US during 1917-1920, the boys thought it was hilarious and would tease the girls with it. We were at that age when you’re super self-conscious about getting your period, 14-ish.
‘Red wave’ - isn't red associated with communism, or socialism at the very least?
I like them because when I was a wee one, my mother and her girlfriends all had them. I don’t remember if they only used them as grocery bags but since they were all heavy smokers, I think they needed an extra purse for their ciggies and a lighter.
We were talking about Vogue, right? I skip the fucking ads. Not so hard. And before you say that the features are all about advertisers too: I’m very well aware and it’s entirely possible to enjoy the photos without feeling inadequate about one’s own wardrobe/life/whatever.
Lolz
I wish I could sleep on planes - if I catch an hour on a 9 hour flight, I’m lucky.
I’ve only ever watched Two and a Half Men on transatlantic flights when I’d already burned through all the decent movies and shows.
Most of the comments are so hateful and spiteful. When they’ve doctored their faces or bodies, it’s like: that’s not fair! When they don’t, they cry: she’s ugly! So they’re missing whatever the point is that they want to make. Like another commenter here says, it feeds misogyny.
This feels very close to body shaming. And yes, I realize that Photoshop etc is worse but I’m not comfortable with the way women are dissected by this account.
Let’s not forget some women have fake butts. And Blake only had a butt when she was pregnant.
I didn’t hate it either! Had so many discussions with people because they didn’t get ‘it’ and was finally glad for my religious upbringing. It reminded me of an English Lit professor I once had, who said that reading the Bible should be mandatory if you studied literature and arts. Not saying you can’t enjoy it if you…
My mind also went straight to Michael Jackson when I saw that pic of Melania. Something about that surgically ‘enhanced’ face combined with the red and black.
One can only hope.
And let’s not forget Giuliani, who says he’s not so sure if collusion is a crime... except when the Dems do it of course.
Ah yes, we needed a gun that you can smuggle through metal detectors.
Beyonce has been on the cover of US Vogue at least three times. And it’s her second September issue.
