Lotus probably only CAN build 150 a year.

It’s a GT car so for GT stuff?

I don’t know man, I don’t think the S7 had a bad interior at all. And remember the ccx and the cc8s, and I think even the ccr all used Ford modular engines before Koeniggsegg decided to make their own, and even then, they used a Ford block as a starting stone. S7 I think is by all means a full on hypercar. Race

I get not respecting the Venom since it really is a highly modified Lotus with no racing pedigree, but why no respect for the S7? I know Steve is a bad businessman and has made very poor choices with his company, but the S7 was a ground up fresh build and has proved itself on racetracks around the world.

I agree...this needs to be nearer the top.

I think the F50 wins this one.

the other day my mate and i were talking about this hideous piece of shit, wondering if there were even any units sold... all i remember were insane power claims and lots of “911 killer” bullshit

Marcos Mantis? I scrolled through the comments and nobody else mentioned it. They must have been reasonably popular when they were new, but are pretty much forgotten now.

Believe it or not, I’m gonna say the Dodge Viper. Despite the ACR setting lap records all over, despite the Viper being one the most amazing, brash and unapologetic cars in the history of autombiles (*that’s still built to this day) it struggles to have a business case.

Bugatti EB110: QUAD turbo 3.5 liter V-12, All-Wheel-Drive, 600+ HP (in SS config), carbon fiber, 200+ MPH....

I literally recoiled in horror when I scrolled past this.

Came here to post this. First (?) full carbon-kevlar construction, even before McLaren F1. 6 liter V12, manual. Race car redeveloped for the road. And importantly: very nice cars to drive from what I’ve heard!

Jaguar XJR-15

Gumpert Apollo never seems to get much mention.

V12 that turned into a V6 and interior that looks like it was made from materials used by GM in the 1980s. It sure is pretty though.

One of the things pro fabricators hate more than anything else is finishing someone else’s project. Pro welders have very tight standards that they work in and that includes the materials being used, the cleanliness, and the fitment (to get the best welds, especially with TIG welding, you need to have no gap between

You don’t? Some folks believe the Earth is 6500 years old. The planet Earth is flat. And Trump can be president of the U.S.A.

I could probably weld a better roll cage than that, and I’ve never welded before in my life.

RIIIGHT... stop racecars from polluting, while these:

And stop making them so damn quiet. I WANT TURBO NOISES, I HAVE THE MENTAL AGE OF A 12 YEAR OLD AND I WANT TURBO NOISES!!
