Looking at the minimap, it seems they only lost midlane tower and inhibitor. And, if I see correctly, the enemy team’s midlane inhibitor is open. So it really looks like a pretty even game. You don’t get to 45 minutes if the game is one-sided.

I doubt it. It probably has a lot to do with the Windows 10 kernels being similar between the 2 platforms. You never know though!
