Well yeah, having good internet helps. What takes a couple seconds for you takes me 2 minutes because I'm sadly not living in a part of the US where they care about delivering decent internet speeds, prices or selection.

I just bring my hand lower on the side of the system and place the pad of my thumb between A and B. When I need to hit either or both, I can press down and rock it back and forth as necessary. It tends to work pretty well.
