There's no such thing as "far too dark", dude.

I feel like this could actually work very well as a single-player game. The evil death-monster is randomized with each playthrough, and it's controlled by the computer. You don't actually "play" as each character, necessarily, but you more or less take on a passive role, perhaps as a roving AI robot of sorts, able to

Why

I've lived in Idaho all my life so rent is cheap around here. I could easily stretch out that kind of money. You can rent a 3 bed 2 bath with all the fixings for under $600. Utilities have never been more than $130 a month in my experience. I guess I'm lucky to be living somewhere where you actually CAN live off

Dude, I'm trying to make a career out of drawing pictures and typing letters and symbols on a keyboard. It's called making video games.

Last I checked I could easily live a year off that much money, if not two years. Maybe it's just because I'm poor but that's NOT an amount of money worth letting go of.

The crowd that plays Farmville is about the same as the crowd that would assume I'm Bitcoin's mascot.

It's actually a metaphor for life and the pointlessness of the struggles we face in overcoming adversity. We believe the long, tough challenge to be finally done when we come to the most difficult moment to push through. Some of us don't even recognize that challenge placed before them, and they end up letting

Personally, I don't mind that I have a Steam library of 150+ games and have only really played through under a third of those.

It's not my HDD, dude, my internet is like 6 MB/s and I've never actually gotten that much out of it. I'm sharing with 2 people and a lot more devices. If I let Steam have its way, it WILL eat up ALL the bandwith while it's downloading. I've had to tell my roommates how to limit their download speeds because if I

It's not about accomplishing something real, it's about enjoying something BETTER.

How does everyone not know this yet? There's a setting in Steam for throttling how much it will dedicate to downloads. I have mine set to 512 KB/s max always. And I swear I've been the first to point it out to everyone I know.

To The Moon got a few tears, but I played Brothers the first time just the other night and it WRECKED me.

Nah, it's just the right length. Not overly padded, doesn't stick around too long, and it's about as much of a time investment as The Hobbit movie.

I don't think it should be about being objective. You cannot review a game objectively.

I think it proves (or at least helps to show) that you really can't have a truly objective review at all.

Yeah, Lumines and Tetris wouldn't be great for touchscreens (though I could see Lumines working with swipe and tap controls, possibly) but Puzzle League and Meteos are already on a touchscreen device (the DS) and they work better there than on any other system. Meteos barely even works without a touchscreen, even.

Hehe, I'm right there with you. I only ever got to play Sonic when I was visiting my folks down in California so I never got to play much and I don't think I got too far in the game, either. I never had a clue that there were Chaos Emeralds in that game. I don't really remember there being bonus levels, though I think

I did play it. I was straight-up offended by that game.
