@mgrinshpon: One word: So?
Excuse me as I mop up the tears from the realization there will be no V convertible.
Ah childhood memories...
@mr_dude: My bed is shaped like a Mini
I am sensing a lot of violent energy coming from Jalopnik. KILL KILL KILL!!! Have you guys ever thought about meditation? KILL ALL HUMANS!!! It is really soothing. DIE DIE DIE!!! It does wonders for my violent tendencies and I.
So all 5 of the Saab enthusiast will show up?
@Muscles Marinara: They'd still somehow beat us!
@Novaload: They'll kick our asses at Lemons races!!!
Every time I see a picture of the Cuban streets it looks like time has stopped there. It is rather eerie.
My favorite time to read Jalopnik is when it is #Murilopnik. Murilee brings the heart and personal intimacy that you don't see anywhere else.
@PeachFingers: If one of the later posts is to be believed. It is because rotaries have always had a bit of a displacement complex. Take a 13B for example. Mazda rates it at 1.3 liters or 1,300cc. But most racing organizations multiply the displacement by 2X and sometimes 2.5X to determine class. So depending on your…
@Six Flags Over Tomsk: Yeah, if I remember right they banned rotaries from Le Mans after the 787B won.
@Froggmann: Well of course, but at what point do you start worrying about wear? With my experience with hi performance NA rotaries 11,000 seems to be the normal shift point and 14,000 seems to be the magic number to save a shift before you should just shift since at that point you really are not gaining anything.
The 787B was actually the first and I think so far only Japanese car to win overall at Le Mans. Also the 787B was limited to 9,000RPM to reduce fuel consumption and wear, built like this these motors actually like to rev to 12,000-14,000RPM. The intake on it is really something as well, the velocity stacks change…
But are those Canadian gallons or American gallons? Don't ya know there is a ding-dang diddly difference?
Somebody paint that poor M5!
@PDQ2: That's a daily occurrence!
I wonder how many of these were caused by low flying pelicans?
Most expensive car crashes or most expensive cars crashed?
@erkdaklrk: Fool! It's the new Buick Senator disguised as a 2.0T SAAB 9-5!
