Why is ICE picking on us car enthusiast just trying to appreciate some rare metal while there are much bigger issues (which I shall not name for fear of backlash) that fall under the same agency's jurisdiction?

My biggest problem with the Top Gear lap times is that they are done from a standing start. If they timed using a flying start the board would look much different and it would be a much better gauge of performance on a track since you don't stop and do a standing start every lap in a race... or at least I don't.
