Currently leasing a Mach E, they couldn’t pay me enough to outright buy.

Pricing parity, particularly absent aggressive government incentives, is still “many years away,” according to Mercedes CEO Ola Kallenius. That’s a hold-up for a lot of buyers.

Toyota can probably make money selling RAV4 Hybrids for $32k.

Honda is probably, at best, breaking even buying Prologues from GM and selling

No police report, no lawsuit until now, nothing except claiming he’s been harassed for the title and bill of sale.

This baby has six THOUSAND miles of head room!

Musk never cared.  He was marketing his product.  Money and power don't change you, they make you more of what you already were.

I think it’s a good assumption, I’ve been in a school district for over 10 years (not teaching or driving a bus though). I will tell you the apple never falls that far from the tree. If the student acts a certain way you can damn well assume the parent acts almost the exact same way. They don’t learn this shit from

I teach at a middleschool. At times I have had 60 kids in my classroom with instruments. You couldn’t pay me enough to drive bus.   Every time something like this happens I think,  yeah you can't act that way as an adult in charge of children's safety but...  I can totally understand how it got to this point.

You gotta be drunk to put with all those kids. Like my bus drivers back in the day.

Yeah, I get not loving the “loud for the sake of loud” modified fart can exhaust Honda Civic; but some cars are loud from the factory and they do sound good. It’s obviously subjective, but to me there is a difference between “noise” and “sound”; and “sound” can be music.

great dark comedy. Also, a little less menacing being towed in ass first

It’s not price gouging if that’s your standard pricing, as opposed to the scumbags who jack up prices in the event of an emergency.

It’s nice to see only a $0.20/gal premium for premium, versus a $1.20/gal premium though.

Everything has to be a trend I guess. This one is particularly dumb. Look people, if you want to feel belonging to something, join a club and stop making humanity look bad.

9 liters of Mobil 1 synthetic, OEM filters, and 130 dollars an hour for labor add up quick, my man.

> Ford blamed a price war across the industry for the loss, which came despite efforts to slash costs by $400m.

I so agree.

When C8 production started GM seemed to be giving priority to higher trim/equipment levels, but it was an odd time during the pandemic with all sorts of constraints on optional equipment due to supply chain issues. There are still constraints on some parts today (mostly carbon fiber bits), but there is currently no

For me its the lack of manual on the base model. I can accept the top trim models which are all about fastest track times needing to have DCTs, but damnit I just want a good driving targa top car with a 6 speed manual. I don’t care if I’m slower, EV grocery getters are going to be quicker anyway, but I just want to

I agree with you. Although amazing cars, The C8 never felt like a Corvette to me.

Shouldn’t the automakers have to give cars for the government to test? Maybe I’m overstepping the reach of our .gov here, but it seems like this should be how all cars are tested. I’m not expecting a niche brand (Bugatti, Rimac, etc.) to give a car for this due to limited production, but I would certainly think
