Hondas. I have no real idea about Toyota but have driven past a plant in MS - misspoke (typed) remembering the numerous times I’ve driven by Honda plants. And no worries, it’s me making them too similar for reality.

Yeah, how could an All Terrain Vehicle circumvent obstacles placed on a path?

But better.

Sad to say, but the owner probably got the best possible outcome there —- insurance pays her to replace a vehicle that has terrifying depreciation. It’s the only way she’d ever get close to her money back.

I was trying to do that challenge with my 07 4Runner, she was about to hit 250k miles until some road raging douche hit the car in the left lane and spun them into me.

I can’t say I’m an expert, but I do find horology and watches fascinating in the same way I find cars fascinating. I’m not an engineer, not nearly smart enough, but mechanical things in general were always really cool (legos, models, etc).

Yeah bikes handle about 80-90% off my transportation needs in a 10 mile radius including work. Miata gets me MOST places, Mini van takes cars of my woodworking needs (plywood, rough lumber, etc) and hauling bikes to trails occasionally. I put gas in them about once every 3 months? Yeah idk if they did it to save a few pennies. The i is genuinely confusing in a market where i is coded to mean electric, bmw is specifically using i to mean electric, and bmw isn't selling enough diesels anymore for the distinction to matter

You’ll easily blow past that if you get your tires changed at a dealership. The last time I got my oil changed at my Mazda dealership, they recommended a tire replacement at a quoted price of $1320.

Yeah, they lie about everything, but let’s take their word on how efficient they are at building superchargers.

About time. Hopefully this paves the way for the companies to be sued when their AVs injure or kill people.

Correct. This is a good example of “I know what I got”. Fine, then keep it.

I need to read the study after some coffee, apparently I may have been a psychopath at one time.

Yeah, the math doesn’t work out at all unless there is some kind of balloon payment or some other reason the loan doesn’t amortize regularly. Her numbers are probably exaggerated or the story is completely made up for TikTok views.

20 years ago I moved back to Chicagoland from southwestern MI. It took me about a week to realize that if I didn’t let things go while driving that I would suffer a heart attack or burst aneurysm within the month. I learned to stop treating my commute as a competition, and that someone getting ahead of me didn’t mean
