It's not the internet's fault, before there was an internet charismatic manipulators and charlatans existed telling people to leave all they know behind and move on. It's very, very sad but vulnerable people will always be vulnerable and there will always be someone around to prey on them.

I was really sick to death of this kind of thing in the run up to the election (and I'm in England and only exposed to a fraction of your media). Liberals proclaim to be committed to freedom and choice and all the rest and can often be the most insulting, unbending, and the least willing to accept alternative points…

It's not really anyone else's decision and I doubt all this press attention on the subject is even on the Obama's radar.

I really, really, really hate the way people talk about Amy Winehouse. She's my age and I drink and (used to) drug too much too. If I had photographers on my doorstep all day every day I don't doubt that I would be a mess too. If we ignore all the pictures they'll get bored and stop.
