I feel the same way. It really nailed the spirit and the fun of the originals.

Ah, but there is a gambling element. Since it’s just launched some of those skins may be limited release and just disappear over time, making them super valuable. Or some weird licensing or policy issue may make things unobtainable... Looking at you Rocket League and the unobtainable Delorean.

Yeah, it did badly compared to it’s budget. That said... I imagine there would be people at Universal whose sole job is to squeeze every drop of money out of an IP.

That game was fantastic.  One of the few games I’ve played all the way through 3 times.  I’d buy it again if it had matchmaking and was on the switch.

Honestly... I am skeptical and a little bitter. This might release over the course of a decade. The last game could be on the PS6. FF7 is my favorite Final Fantasy, but even I am looking at $59.99 x 5 or however many and thinking. nnnnaaaaahhhhh...  Wait for the greatest hits versions.  Possibly even the PS5 version. …

I wonder if you can go map mode. The globe is a little difficult. 

I think having a group of people you play with, but don’t know irl able to do something different without attempting to juggle handles or meeting in real life sounds appealing.

The first episode had the two stupidest characters do something incredibly stupid for stupid reasons and are immediately stopped because for the love of God, no. There is a literal conversation on why this is inappropriate and they make a point that the white guy doesn’t get it.  Also Tracy Morgans monster hand…

It was like a compact, which you could open up and it became like a city or a jungle or something? I know there were boy versions and girl versions... Wait, Polly Pocket? And....…

They say that entertainment cuts down on misbehavior and keeps guards safe. It’s a low cost solution to a high cost problem.

I mean... It’s exactly what museums do in real life. They want people to visit, explore and learn. They do the stamp thing in real life with tiny rewards to get school kids to pay attention.  It’s not terribly fun in real life either.
