Yeah, the guy in the article is right. Shopping... Cart. individual sales look bad. At a crappy gas station my credit card sometimes takes 3 tries. By try 3 or 4 my card company has shut it off for fraudulent behavior.

It sounds like you have experienced a more personal version of what I was thinking. I didn’t consider actual crimes in the original post. Those should be covered under warrants and the legal system. (Should)
