Big Oil is capable of a lot of corrupt, contemptible things. But they're not the reason why you can't buy a very expensive Volkswagen.

Why is the chart on an angle? Sorry, this bothers me.

Pretty much every car is slower doing 5-60 than it is from 0-60. This is because when accelerating from a stop, you can dump the clutch at high RPMs (or brake torque the car to high RPMs if it is an automatic). When you accelerate from 5-60, you have no choice but to accelerate from low RPMs because the car is already

No problem! To get better 5-60 times, you just dip the clutch and free-rev before dumping it...

You have to post the best one if you're going to post any.

This is insanely close. Go vote three times, FOUR TIMES IF YOU HAVE TO, for the W123.

Obviously I will be voting numerous times for the W123, but I fear that won't be enough! To my mobile device!

Freaking ugly.

If you like to fuck your cousin, vote for the Fox Body.

C'mon, people! The W123 is the only of the two that can be had in brown, diesel-powered, with a manual, AND a wagon! How can you vote for the Fox Body over this!?

From the company who make THE BEST off road vehicles. Always have and always will.

Is the fox body mustang really going to win this? good god, is this some 4ch troll! i dont even believe this is the final four.

Not cheap to fix? I guess that depends on where you live. And starting a diesel in the cold have never been a problem for me, I just feed the car some alchohol ;)

I don't know if anyone else has said this, but Imma say it anyway:

Driven both. I disagree.

Sure a Fox with shit tons of work vs a CRX with shit tons of work, maybe. But Stock for stock. CRX all day any day.

I know I'm in the minority here, but CRX before Fox ANY DAY.. Why? Well, I live in Northern Europe, CRXs and Civics EVERYWHERE so parts are easy to come by.

Not a bad choice. It's shocking how big and well laid out the interior is, it's very inexpensive to run and maintain, and short of offroading, you're set. It's excellent around town, you can do some hilarious stuff because it's so small (I have a friend who drove hers between 'car blocker' posts on a sidewalk before),

A Fox body Mustang losing to a CRX? Pah... it's clear many here live in places where fuel is cheap and handling doesn't matter.

But can you drive it around here without hitting more than 5 cars:

If the need to FIT in narrow spaces is required, as well as shocking amounts of cargo capacity, good fuel economy, and decent dynamics (for an econobox), this might be your car.
