Man, I always took being called 'bossy' as a compliment. Like I just steamrolled everyone in the room and became the leader by default. I can't help it because I'm just naturally the HBIC. If you've got a problem with it, maybe stop whining and be a little less of a pushover.

I think it also depends on where you live.
