Most of the time I don’t laugh at it. Most of the time it all fits. They are a ‘civilian’ navy. And looked at like that the flagship of your civilian navy is going to be your bestest best ship. Your fleets are going to just be a bunch of ships that are in the area that you slap together.

Thing is, Janeway cuts her own path, taking on the most famous ship name in Starfleet would somehow water her down a bit in my opinion. Let Janeway continue to make a name for her legacy with different ships of the line. I think that elevates her more, rather than hammering into a mold to fit the Enterprise.

Exactly. I always laughed at Enterprise being referred to as Starfleet’s flagship, because what navy sends its flagship (with no one more senior than a captain on board) out on routine patrols with zero other vessels under its command? 

They did give the Enterprise to Seven of Nine in Picard season 3, although I also think they should have just kept it as the Titan instead of renaming it. Not because of “woke” but because USS Titan is also a ship worthy of having its own legacy, not everything has to be about the Enterprise.

Voyager returned home packed with some early 25th century technology, from Janeway’s alternative future. I think I would want those transphasic torpedoes and replicating armor for some extra punch.

Why would they stay around to do clean up when they know the villain that killed everyone was only going to be distracted by the bugs and was going to come back and most likely kill again. Surviving is the primary role for anyone with common sense before doing anything else. 

I don't think it's a stretch to assume that 1) Sol was totally overwhelmed and that there is some kind of jedi clean up crew that deals with this stuff, and 2) the dude was fucking TERRIFIED and wasn't just leaving the forest, but actually running from it

Sounds like this all isn’t for you.  Which is fine.  Not everything is for everyone. But this shit is cool and fun rap.  It’s a good thing both these dudes are in their late 30's; there’s no chance this goes further than diss records.  Rap needs this.  Rap doesn’t need more young rappers getting killed over beef.

They’re all too old or dead. The show launched several stars with good careers, so just let them do other projects where they play adults. Most people don’t still hang out with their high school friends when they’re pushing 30.
