LOL. I was tired of waiting for a patch and literally just finished the game last night. Oh, well. It doesn’t look like they fixed the broken “Powers from Beyond” quest anyway, which was my big bugaboo.

Where “console wars” are concerned, I often see people talk about the switch as if it’s some sort of supplement to an Xbox or a Playstation. Something to be purchased in addition to, not instead of, one of the other consoles.

This take is crazy. Imagine thinking that being a CEO earning millions and legally immune to any consequences is more stressful than being a waitress or janitor or teacher.

The problem with Capitalism is that it privatizes profits, but socializes risk.

“It won’t arrive until Q1 2024" You think they’ll put it on sale before this version is out??

its such nonsense. Repeated studies by Harvard Business School have shown that CEOs are largely overpaid, either by company performance, or return of value to shareholders. The board has to ok those contracts. CEOs and other rich guys all sit on each others boards. They all go to the same cadre of undergrad schools, b

Because they actually succeed at their main task. Yeah the company is in a bad state, but they do these cuts in the companies so that the shareholders can get their money, and that’s their main job after all most of the time CEOs are appointed by shareholders.

I mean, the actual answer is they won’t be able to get anyone to do the job if there’s a chance they’ll fail and be fired. People are only going to be willing to sign onboard a sinking ship if there’s a guarantee they won’t go down with it when it goes.

I mean, in the comics Reed Richards WAS an abusive husband and a villain.

Venture Bros did it right by making their version of him an abusive husband and villain.

Some of these rumoured cast announcements have me scratching my head but making the FF relevant again also has me scratching my head so maybe they’ve found a passable avenue

I’m OK with Pascal, would prefer it to not be Krasinski, but my personal choice is Aldis Hodge. And since it looks like he won’t have anymore DC commitments ...

Roberta Williams (already been discussed), helped build a gaming company from the ground up.

I’ve been watching a lot of noclip while I work, & I appreciate them talking to women like Lisette Titre-Montgomery of Double Fine, Jen Zee & Joanne Tran of Supergiant Games, & Lilith Walther of Bloodborne PSX.

I’m a white man who has benefited greatly from my privilege over the years (even if I haven’t always been aware of it) so I know my voice probably shouldn’t be the loudest on this issue, but my god even I’m sick of how many talentless white men have infested this industry I love.

But won’t incels feel threatened and cornered by the presence of females in any authoritative role?

That’s part of the issue. The other issue is that there’s just nothing interesting to find. BGS made a handful of unique POIs, then copied and pasted them across thousands of planets. Once you realize this, the appeal of exploration goes out the window because you know you’re just going to “discover” things you’ve

As someone who helped pick out the paint color on the walls in the "new" Blizzard building... Microsoft ain't it, chief.

Oh sweet summer child. What part of Microsoft's history makes you think they're going to let ABK make whatever they want?

Those are either blind fanboys, people in denial, or capital C capitalists.
