So essentially you flat-out refuse to believe that a soulslike could possibly have poorly designed combat? That's a hell of a boner you're sporting, bro, hope you got a book or something to cover it up.

In my experience, people don’t extend DS1 “pioneer forgiveness”, they just bend over backwards to justify how ackshually those ones arent cheap because of reasons.
The cheap traps thing is interesting, because there are “good” cheap traps (a monster right around a corner that you SHOULD check, but get complacent about) and “bad” ones (mimic shit is tiresome), and some of this is people having that meta-knowledge ignoring the bad ones as if one should just know the thing they…
That’d make sense if Lords of the Fallen dramatically changes the standard Soulsborne combat loop like Sekiro - and to an extent Lies of P - did, but it doesn’t. I also don’t see many of the reviews at all making that complaint, instead attributing the problems to ‘false’ difficulty like cheap traps and an…
He wasn't complaining though at all. Not even sure how you got that read from that statement.
“hey, do you get these pounding headaches in the front of your skull while watching this stuff?”
Why does it need to die, it is still good. You don’t like it stop watching it.
I don’t know, man. You’re the ones still giving the show decent reviews.
This should be put into the game as intentional!
did you respond to the correct comment here?
Nothing of what she said implied blame. Innocuous things can be upsetting to someone with trauma. Which is probably why she has, you know, a therapist.
The writer here frames it as an accusation, but reading the quote by itself, it seems ambiguous as to whether she’s implying it was something he’s doing to mess with her or if it’s just a similarity she noticed that’s making her uncomfortable (through no fault of Momoa’s).
I’ll be shocked if the new DCU gets past more than 1 - 2 projects. I like James Gunn very much. Peter Safran I can take or leave. But the whole management of the endeavor and the terrible messaging by all involved has been a lot, and frankly WBD is fast to axe things that aren’t working.
I definitely didn’t watch the trial. Because I’m not an absolute ghoul.
If not, he’s joined the relatively small list of people in Hollywood that routinely dress like they’re steampunk-adjacent cowboys who dabble in piracy.
Society made Musk seem charming and beloved for a while too. With appearances on things like The Simpsons, Big Bang Theory (at a soup kitchen no less), and Iron Man 2. His public persona didn’t really seem toxic until he started getting really, really, really comfortable with social media.
Yeah, I think they just share the same, terrible, terrible sense of style.
Yeah, the only way Amber isn’t (again) creating shit in her mind that’s not really there is IF Momoa did show up as Capt Sparrow...cuz otherwise, uh, yeah Amber, that’s been Momoa’s whole aesthetic for many, many years.
I’m sure they’ll do a better job than the 73 other companies that have bought WB in the last few years.
