And the thing is, if you actually look into his resume, it’s more about “being rich” , “in the right place at the right time”, and “being a sociopath” than actually being any sort of Tony Stark genius inventor man.

It honestly sounds like they’re applying mobile game mechanics to a proper game, where you get a bunch of cool resources and stuff - wow, I have 1,451,876 Gems! Wow, big number make me feel fuzzy-good! - but you’re prevented from using them until you pay up. Perks points in Starfield’s case instead of real money MTX…

If he hadn’t been born rich, he’d just be that creepy guy on the IT helpdesk in the office everyone avoids interacting with as much as possible.

The most common(and generally, the only) reason Karlach would ever leave your party is if you choose to raid the Grove and kill the refugees.

The frustrating thing to me is that the +20% damage stuff is in there...but if you pick that then you aren't picking the QOL stuff that makes the game feel better. So even damage bonuses feel bad because of the opportunity cost of perk points

Karlach is a Golden Retriever and absolutely the best party-member in the whole game! Delete your entire save file and start over you heartless monster!

I’m still on my first playthrough. I recruited Karlach in Act 1 and never used her in my party or looked into her goals or whatever.

About the time I decided to go to camp and use her in my party, she’s like “Nah bitch I’m out” and left forever.  

No more Mystique please. She was the lead face of the entire Gen2 block. I’m over it.

The problem with Starfield is that it is the worst thing a product can be - mediocre, mundane. It has things it does well, and things it does poorly, but its the exact same game that has been released by this studio so many times over, with all of the familiar jank that comes with their products.
