This is insane, lol. The effects were terrible and they absolutely weren’t “supposed” to be. I can understand if you have a certain style you’re going for, but these weren’t stylistic, these were just “10 year-old video game” bad.

Translation, Zazlov cut the vfx budget and they had to pull back. Alternatively they knew the multiverse scene was going to look like crap and decided to “delibertly” make other speed force scenes look just as bad.

I don’t know if it was their intention, but the sight of a a dozen scalpels heading directly for one baby, acid about to spill on another, and one falling directly into the path of a flaming oxygen tank had my in tears of laughter. Just absolutely ludicrous visuals.

Important note, Marisa is explicitly bi/pan and probably poly. Her questline in world tour questline explicitly has her considering suitors of different genders and then choosing both. She even says theres room for you as a third regardless of what gender you pick for your character.

Personally, I prefer women protagonists these days. I just find it more interesting, as they’re often given deeper characterization than the dime-a-dozen stoic men protagonists. Plus, I play games to not be me. A woman is about as far from me as I can get.

Do you prefer the much lauded Superman II which featured the same villain? In that movie, Superman secretly depowers Zod and then crushes his hand and murders him anyway.

Atlas seems to have this weird thing where they don’t want to ever include FES or PSP content in any of their re-releases of 3. It’s baffling because The Answer portion of FES is still absolutely canon to the overall Persona plotline (as much as there is one) and is even better then the base game imo.

Yep, that was what I immediately thought when I read that. They clearly have absolutely no appreciation for how much cosplayers are willing to go through. ;-)
