With the caveat that the only CW DC show I’ve ever watched outside crossovers is Legends of Tomorrow, I never got the hate that her performance seemed to engender. She was one of the (relatively few) things about the show that I can say I genuinely enjoyed.

Oh cool we’re rehashing the same shit people did to Ray Fischer. Cool. Cool cool cool.

I think that the Batwoman recast came before Black Lightning was canceled.

She uses she/her and they/them interchangeably. Near as I can tell, the article respects their pronouns.

Those shutdown dates are highly suspect, and based on the 2019-2020 season storylines it looked like Supergirl and Batwoman were the two shows that were close to their respective finish lines than Flash was. (Benoist was definitely rushed to finish her scenes before her maternal leave hence why Kara has the bangs in

she’s not even the only person who suffered a major back injury on set during the first season.

The two tv series are in the same universe.

Now playing

For those who haven’t seen it, this video is a really good summation of the good and bad of Riverdale:

They've already shown bts dailies that show a mo cap despero.

I hope Alex and Lena and J’Onn make occasional guest appearances going forward on The Flash like Dig & Lyla have

I’m especially glad Jefferson is back for this story; his friendship with Barry was one of the nicer developments of Crisis. Hopefully Alex gets to tell Barry he’s an uncle now.

I’m sorry. I’m sure he’ll do a great job with what he has to work with, and GOD Vincent and the Doctor never fails to hit me in the feels, but WOW they should have given Tony Curran some prosthetic makeup. Despero is one of those “bruiser dictators” that DC has, like Mongul or Darkseid, big beefy dudes who control all

Thanks for the clarification. I was kind of baffled by the bizarre mis-use of that term.

The American way is not about a nation ,its about being better than all that came before .

“its about being better than all that came before .”

You might want to look at history without those rose-colored glasses on.

Then say “to do better”, rather than wrap it up in some patriotic nonsense. Hate to break it to you but most developed nations try to do better - it’s not a uniquely American invention. During the era this catchphrase was coined and freely used, “the American way” was often applied internationally without much choice

When this catchphrase was created the American Way in a lot of this country denied basic rights to Black people. The American Way led to the internment of thousands of Japanese Americans. The American Way led to Vietnam. The American way was the concept of manifest destiny. Today we call it nation building.

China?  Maybe.  There’s a Chinese Superman in the DCU too.
