The current F1 qualification system was one of the (only) good things about the series. On many recent F1 weekends the Q1/Q2/Q3 sessions were the highlight, followed on sunday by ONE EXCITING LAP and then a 100 minute wait for an entirely predictable result.

Love it. One of my favorite scale model builds recently is this donk pinto, built with tongue firmly in cheek. The builder used watch bezels to create the clear wheels. I love the sense of humor and the cartoonish proportions. A full-scale version of this would perfectly fit the definition of “ugged-out”.
