Plastic is so much easier and comfortable to use, but I use cardboard because they're flushable. Less trash around.

Right? I didn't start using tampons for a few years. Though to be fair I started at 10, so the thought of them absolutely terrified me.
Yep. Advil gel caps, salted chocolate bars, and a week's supply of red wine and I'd be in for sure.
Oh my god, I never put that together. I feel so out of it.
I was thinking the same thing, only add sea salt chocolate bars and red wine.
I may be admitting that I am le old, but every time I read "on the reg" I think it says "on the rag" at first, and am thusly transported back to middle school and its plethora of traumas.
I just left a similar comment, but I suggest calling them "weenies" instead.
That's how I read it at first, too. Kinda like a "manny."
I'm on a mission to replace all such usages of "pussies" with "weenies."
Say's she's arriving at LAX from Memphis, so my guess is she's coming off a plane. I freeze my ass off on planes, and it always takes me a minute to thaw afterward.
Ha, I hadn't thought about that! I want them to go into Pensatucky's backstory more. I was riveted by the WBC-ishness of it all.
*ahem*
I LOVE her in this series. She looks amazing with the black hair, and I seriously want her tattoos.
Gah, I agree on the titles. I love Regina Spektor so, so much, but I can't handle the titles. Too long and grating. Not quite as grating as the Weeds titles, but close. I wonder if Jenji's taste should be questioned in that regard.
Taystee!!!! I felt like the most horrible human in the world because I was so devastated when she left and wanted her to go back.
OH. MY. GOD.
It gets better. She's not always so one note. She seems so naive and blameless in the beginning, and irritating in her "I Will Champion the World" outlook. When you dig into her past and discover that she's far from perfect, and that she royally screwed people over for personal gain, it rounds out her character so…
I finished the season last night and am DYING for more. It was so, so well done.
I felt the exact same way with Crazy Eyes's character. Her portrayal/run-ins with Piper were scary as shit in the beginning, but by the time all the inmates were listening to Larry's NPR show, I was seriously crying for her. So, so well done.
